Recounting Life Lessons Podcast Ep 27: Overcoming Indecision

“Once a committed decision is made, we eliminate the need to put as much effort into many of the decisions that follow. And when we don’t have to spend our energy on those decisions, we have more time to enjoy ourselves and be in the present moment.”
Don't delay decision making. Make a decision as soon as you are able

In this episode, Alana shares some of her thoughts and experiences around overcoming indecision, especially when it comes to big decisions that require our commitment to move forward with purpose and confidence.

Having the ability to choose, alone, is not enough to enjoy the blessings of agency. We unlock the true power of our ability to choose when we make decisions.
